CFS Terms and Conditions
- These Terms and Conditions cover the use of the CFS Volunteer Portal and any area of the South Australian Country Fire Service (CFS) web site that becomes accessible as a result.
- Only current members of the CFS whose membership is recorded in the ESOTAS system may use the service unless authorised by the Chief Officer or delegate.
- As CFS members, all volunteers and staff are bound by the CFS Code of Conduct, which also applies to the use of this service.
- All members must comply with the Internet and Email use policy .
- Staff members are also bound by the Code of Ethics for the South Australian Public Sector.
- Members must logout from the service at the end of each use of the service.
- In using this service you must not use any automated process to access the service (such as a bot or spider).
- In using this service you must not attempt to modify, re-route, damage, disable, overburden or impair the service or interfere with anyone's use of the service.
- Membership details and associated passwords must be kept secret by individual members, and, you must notify the CFS if you learn of a security breach related to the service.
- The CFS reserves the right to discontinue, remove or change the service at its sole discretion for any reason, at any time and without notice.
- Customer support is provided for volunteers who are having difficulty logging into the system by the SAFECOM help desk, telephone: (08) 8115 3960 or email helpdesk@safecom.sa.gov.au. This service is provided from 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday. The SAFECOM help desk team may contact volunteers directly in order to perform support tasks.

- Use of the Microsoft Office 365 environment is also subject to the terms outlined in the Microsoft Online Services Community Legal Information.
